How to enter

On Facebook – Like & Follow both Claire Heritage – Fine & Country Partner & Marketing Expert & Sam Funnell – Fine& Country Branch Partner pages, share the competition post pinned at the top of either page AND tag at least three friends in the comments. You can share the post and tag friends from either from either page to be entered.

Important dates

The closing date for entries is on Thursday 21st December 2023 at 9pm and the winners will be contacted the next day. 

Terms & Conditions

By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. The Christmas Prize Giveaway is open to residents of mainland UK only and the winners must be able to collect their prize from Rugby, Warwickshire, UK. 

2. The competition is free to enter.

3. By entering the competition, you hereby warrant that the information submitted is true.

4. The competition winners of the Marks & Sparkle Gift Bags must be either over 18 years old or accompanied by an adult on collection due to the nature of the prize.

5. There are three steps required to successfully enter the competition. on each social media platform. To participate, you need to;

Facebook:

a. Like & Follow the Claire Heritage – Fine & Country Partner & Marketing Expert & Sam Funnell – Fine & Country Branch Partner pages on Facebook. 

b. Share the competition from Sam or Claire’s page post on Facebook.

c. Tag at least three friends in the comment section below the competition post. 

6. The information explaining how to enter the competition forms part of these terms and conditions. Entrants to the competition are bound by the entirety of these terms and conditions.

7. The winner will be chosen at random via a name generator.

8. The winners will be announced on 22nd December 2023 via the Claire Heritage – Fine & Country Partner & Marketing Expert & Sam Funnell – Fine & Country Branch Partner Facebook pages. The winners will be notified via private message on Facebook and there may also be a live video announcement.

9. The overall winners will win one of the eight prizes. No cash alternative will be provided, and the prize is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

10. Entrants may be required to take part in media activity surrounding the competition. By taking part in the competition, entrants consent to the participation in such activity fully.

11. No responsibility is taken for entries lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions or failures, virus, bugs, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or any other causes outside the control of Fine & Country.

12. Events may occur that render the competition itself, or the awarding of the prizes, impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Fine & Country. Accordingly, Fine & Country or Claire Heritage/Sam Funnell may at their absolute discretion vary or amend the competition and the entrant agrees that no liability shall be attached to Fine & Country, Sam Funnell or Claire Heritage as a result thereof.
